I'm a proud Father of two adult kids and co-beneficiary of a 30+ year marriage that's still going! I've had an interesting career and still enjoy the everyday life as a Realtor. Never played Hockey, but still an avid Tampa Bay Lightning fan. I know my way around a toolbox and enjoy woodworking whenever there's an opportunity. We started this business to do things a little differently in handling your real estate needs. Whether your selling, buying, or investing we're small enough to pay attention, but experienced enough to handle any situation. There's a story about the name of our company, and I'll let Anne tell it in her Bio below.

I’m Anne, the proud mom of John’s 2 kids and partner in the 30 year marriage! I have been dealing with real estate for more than 20 years and I love helping people get their slice of the American Dream. I, too, am an avid Tampa Lightning fan, love to cook, and to garden! Since our kids are grown, we felt like adding to our family - SO we got a dog! A German Shepherd(he’s really our son’s dog, but you know how that goes). His name is Shep and he is now 3 years old. He’s a darn good dog, but when he turned 2 about a year ago, we felt like a little brother or sister would be great for him(and me of course). So, we acquired Beau and Daisy Mae, mini Australian Shepherds from the same litter. The pups are 1 year old now and thinking about their future, so they wanted us to start a real estate company for them. Of course, dogs can’t have a company, but the company can certainly be named for them…and the rest is History!
